Requirements for consent process.

1. Application letter for Hon. minister consent to assign, to be written by the seller.

2. Application letter for Hon.minister to be  written by the buyer to  introduce the lawyer.

3. Application letter from lawyer to Hon. minister for consent. 

4. Form co7 of company.

5. Board resolution to buy from  buyer.

6. Board resolution to  sell from  seller.

6. CTC  of  the root of title.

7. Four copies of the  Deed of assignments.

8. Survey plan
